Yesterday Ruth Graham passed away in the presence of her husband Billy. What a life together, I know they had their difficulties. For him he must feel he lost the best part of himself. During times when I see a spouse pass away, I often think about how much my wife means to me.
I really believe The Lord brought Jennifer into my life so that I may have an impact on this world. She balances out parts of me that need to be balanced out. If I could only be a good husband to her until we meet again in Heaven, I would treasure it. I need to purposely tell her when she gets home.
Even thinking about how Ruth's children miss her, how hard it must me. They are in my prayers, my thoughts.
