You know how you can be driving in the car on the highway and all of a sudden out of the corner of your eye, you catch a glimpse of something you have been pass a hundred times. Well, in my case I know I have listened to these songs just as many times while I have been working. As the song "While you were sleeping" played, a line hit my hard. Here it is:
"United States of America
Looks like another silent night
As we’re sung to sleep by philosophies
That save the trees and kill the children
And while we’re lying in the dark
There’s a shout heard ‘cross the eastern sky
For the Bridegroom has returned
And has carried His bride away in the night, in the night"
The blue lines, are the ones that caught my attention. I remember Paul in one of his epistles, talking about those that are asleep. I was right it was in 1 Thesselonians. He says for them to be alert and to put on the armour. How true this song, Paul, and Christ are. It is amazing how the philosophies and cultural thoughts seem to backwards. We are concerned more about trees than children.

In 2002, there were 1.29 million abortions. That is 24%(excuding miscarriaged) of all known pregnancies end in an abortion. 24 PERCENT!!!!
Kids, this is not about politics. This is about you kids. I just wanted to let you know, that your mom and I never had a discussion about even the possibility. The gift of your lives, fall behind the gift of grace from the Lord and the gift of marriage from him also.
